Have you ever wondered how to support foreign residents in the event of a natural disaster or how to communicate with evacuees who do not speak fluent Japanese at emergency shelters?
We want to provide an opportunity for both the native and foreign residents of Tomakomai to come together to consider how to best respond and serve each other during emergencies.
There will be free food provided by food trucks to event participants.
Anyone can participate regardless of their nationality and we look forward to working with all of you!
